Brewers Yard is a residential development comprising 38 apartments, designed in response to the site’s historic urban context. The proposal employs a material palette of gold-toned metal cladding and yellow stock brickwork, referencing local architectural character while establishing a contemporary identity. The scheme contributes positively to the streetscape and reinforces the existing townscape grain. The project is currently progressing through RIBA Stage 4, focusing on the detailed technical resolution of the design intent.
