ABOUT

Fabric Architects is an architecture practice working across residential and commercial projects, with a focus on thoughtful, well-crafted design rooted in context and purpose.

We specialise in bespoke new-build homes, renovation and reuse of existing buildings, and change-of-use projects, helping clients unlock the potential of sites and structures through careful analysis and creative problem-solving. Whether working with contemporary forms or sensitive historic fabric, our approach is pragmatic, design-led, and responsive to the character of each project.

The practice is led by three directors, who together bring over 50 years of combined experience across the architecture and construction industry. This depth of experience informs our ability to guide projects confidently through complex design, planning, and delivery challenges.

Our work spans all RIBA stages, from early feasibility and concept design through planning, technical development, construction, and delivery on site. This end-to-end involvement allows us to maintain design intent while responding flexibly to technical, budgetary, and programme requirements.

We value collaboration and clarity, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to create buildings that are robust, functional, and enduring. Every project is approached as an opportunity to craft something meaningful; balancing aesthetics, performance, and longevity.
