The Yard is a transformative redevelopment of a series of former garage lock-ups into 11 new commercial units. The scheme retains and refurbishes the existing structure, preserving its industrial character, while replacing a dilapidated timber-framed element with a contemporary first-floor extension to increase workspace and flexibility. The project revitalises an underused site, supporting local enterprise and long-term occupation.
